The whole operation is managed by only one operator.

CR 29EE-F is a complete electric truck. Two traction wheels allow the operator to carry out operations easily in limited space. Its main characteristics are safety and user friendliness.

The beam is taken from the ground by means of a cradle and is transported to the loom for an easy loading operation.

Trolley can also be used for lifting a cloth roll from weaving machine or ground level.

The CR AFL is an ideal solution for moving and lifting the beam manually. The front wheel drive allows mounting the beam on the loom while tracking across the floor with ease. Manual hydraulic system commands the lifting / lowering of the warp beam.

The ET SUP is an easy solution for the transport and lifting of warp beams and fabric rolls. The functions are controlled by digital circuits which ensure precise and safe operation. The truck is able to lift the load from the floor and center it very precisely during unloading by means of forks that can be directed over 4 axis and has a lifting height up to 4,900 mm.

The ET SUP-DOR lifts and transports bottom beam, top beam and the entire harness group simultaneously, offering extremely rapid operation of quick style change. The trolley is equipped with electronic steering, CANBUS communication and PLC based controls offers AC solutions. All the operations are managed by a single operator.

The BZ truck represent a truck for large off-loom take-up roll. Two moving side panels are hydraulically-controlled to load or unload the roll and hold the roll during transport. These trucks are available in different versions and can be designed to meet customer requirements.

The CR 7 EEN allows movement in the weave room of fabric roll with a maximum diameter from 500 mm to 700 mm.

Its electric functions assist the operator while loading, unloading and transportation. The throttle potentiometer device on the guide rudder permits variation in the speed along two ranges. While the microswitch helps in reducing the speed automatically.

Being a compact execution, trolley offers smooth operation with ease of maneuvering in narrow aisle.

The range of the manual trucks CR 4, CR 5 and CR 6 allows transporting fabric roll with respective diameters of 400 mm, 500 mm and 600 mm.

The cradle is lifted through pump for easy movement.

CSV 2/3 AS

CSV AS version is suitable to transfer small fabric roll.

The STK is an ideal solution for the storage of warp beams in the weave room. By adding the mounting group, the design provides quick style change performance keeping all the harness group components staged for loom insertion. The beam is held by rotating forks or fixed supports or parallel rollers depending on the needs of the customer.
